Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If these charges are refused and the package is not accepted, no refund or replacement will be issued. A buyer is fully responsible for the customs clearance procedure when the package reaches its destination country. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer may request a reshipment at their own expense.
If an order is refused at delivery or not collected, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the order is returned to us, minus any shipping charges.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier directly. Lashes by .com International is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
